From 1996 to 2001, I wrote for Worship Leader Magazine, and interviewed scores of my favorite praise song writers. People like Darrell Evans and Chris Tomlin opened up and shared the private stories behind the songs that have helped millions touch the heart of God. My friend and fellow writer Shari McDonald-Strong worked with me to put these stories in a couple of terrific books.  The accounts are accurate; the composers themselves have read and okayed these stories for both tone and content.  If you get a chance to pick up a copy of either book, I hope you will.
